| This big guy came at a young age to the Malaga shelter. Despite the fact that he is a big loveable friend, everyone overlooked him at our refuge always looking at the other dogs. Flipper remained for years in the refuge. On April 5th 2010 he was finally away: a one-way-ticket to Belgium. For now he stays there in a foster family until a permanent adoptive family is found for this handsome boy. In the foster family, everyone loves him, he is very sweet, nice, smart and loyal. Because he stayed for years in the shelter, he doesn’t know much, but he will learn quickly if you keep him busy. He likes to be cuddled and loves walking and ball games. It would be nice if he found a new owner who can give him time and attention and someone who wants to spend time training him. He is good with other dogs, but it's better to not place him with another (dominant) male. A beautiful girlfriend for him would be very welcome. Flipper has been tested positive for Leishmania for which he needs only 2 pills a day. |
